Shipping Information:
Please allow 2 business days to process your order before shipment.
You will receive an email when your order ships with the carrier's tracking number.
Shipping within the United States:
Shipping charges depend on the selected shipping method and the delivery address. The shipping charge is added to the total during checkout.
We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx. The following options are available:
UPS:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.
UPS shipping options are trackable and are insured.
US Postal Service:
- Priority Mail: usually 2-4 business days including Saturdays
The USPS Priority Mail option is insured for up to $500. For orders exceeding $500, please use either UPS or Fedex. Priority mail is not trackable - only delivery confirmation is provided.
FedEx:
- FedEx Standard Overnight
- FedEx 2Day
- FedEx Ground
FedEx shipping options are insured and trackable.
International Orders:
We currently only ship to Canada. Please order from one of our distributors for shipments outside of the US and Canada.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all shipping and handling charges including but not limited to duties, import or export fees etc. Please check with your local agencies regarding rates.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed due to customs delays.
We ship via UPS Standard to Canada and USPS International Priority Mail.
UPS:
UPS shipping options are insured and trackable. Please note that UPS may charge the receiver an additional customs broker fee of $35. Check with UPS before ordering.
US Postal Service:
- International Priority Mail - typically 6-10 days to reach your country, before going through customs and getting delivered through your local postal service.
This option is insured, but is not trackable.
